Introduction:
1.2344 / H13 is a high roughness high isotropy hot work die steel
and has good thermal stability and thermal fatigue resistance.
1.2344 / H13 is a chromium, molybdenum, vanadium high-performance long-life
general type alloy hot work mould & die steel produced by Hongsheng
Heavy Industry and Shanghai University. It has high toughness, high
tropism, high thermal stability and high resistance to cold and
heat fatigue performance.

Applications:
Mainly used in the manufacture of die-casting molds, hot forging
molds, hot extrusion molds, high-strength plastic molds and other
high-performance long life required hot molds, it can replace
imported hot die steel Superior AISI H13, WNr. 1.2344, ASSAB 8407,
SKD31, etc.

Feature:
Electro slag remelting, annealing with diffusion process and
ultrafining heat-treatment has good microstructural homogeneity and
finer dispersed carbides.
High isotropy, aspect ratios≥8.
Good tempering performance, high toughness, high temperature
strength, good thermal stability and thermal fatigue resistance.

Techinical service:
Die vacuum heat treatment and die surface
treatment(N-O,C-N,carburize and nitridation surface treatment).
Delivery condition:
EF, or ESR, Hot rolled or forged, black surface, machined or
milling.
Annealing hardness≤230HB, quenching hardness 51-55HRC, tempering
hardness 46-50HRC.
