O1/1.2510 low alloy steel round bar for cold work die
American Standard O1 special steel is not deformed oil steel, the
best oil-hardened tool steel, widely used,
this steel has good machining performance, stability, good wear
resistance, heat resistance, dimensional deformation is small, but
the toughness and corrosion resistance is weak.Commonly used in
stamping die, stamping die, bending die, die, punch punch,
finishing molds metal molds.This is a very broad application of
excellent steel, is used as the blade material can be processed
very tough and holds an edge depth, for
example Randall and Mad Dog.
Chemical composition %
Features:
(1) This Steel is not deformed oil steel and best mechanical
performance , it is widely used.
(2) Higher manganese content of the steel and chromium, tungsten
content, increase the hardening, the steel
does not require severe water quench.
(3) By oil quenching, hardness can be up to 62HRC.
(4) The steel also better workability and wear resistance, heat
treatment stable performance, small size
