1.2344 modified high roughness high isotropy hot work die steel and
HSSD2344 steel have good thermal stability and thermal fatigue
resistance.
It can displace imported senior high quality hot work die steels
such as 1.2344/AISI H13.Etc.
Applications
It can displace imported die steels such as AISI H13, widely used
in die casting mold, hot extruding die, brass casting die, high
strength plastic die etc.
Feature
Electro slag remelting, annealing with diffusion process and
ultrafiningheat- treatment has good microstructual homogeneity and
finer dispersed carbides.
High isotropy, aspect rations≥0.8
Good tempering performance, high toughness, high temperature
strength, good thermal stability and thermal fatigue resistance.
