DC53 is a cold work tool steel, it's improved by SKD11.
It overcomes the SKD11 high temperature tempering hardness and lack
of toughness weaknesses, will be in the field of general and

About DC53 cold wotk tool steel
In the case of appropriate heat treatment strength, toughness are
excellent, high temperature tempering hardness of up to 62 ~ 63HRC.
The ductility of DC53 is more prominent in the cold work die steel,
tools made with DC53 rarely crack and crack, greatly improving the
service life.
Residual stress after wire cutting, high temperature tempering to
reduce the residual stress. Therefore, large-scale molds and
precision molds required on-line cutting cracks and deformations
are suppressed.
