Features
Hot rolled D3 is the best wear-resistant alloy steel.
Heat treatment effect is stable.
Resistance welding electrode: Chromium zirconium copper through the
combination of heat treatment and cold work to ensure performance,
it can get the best mechanical properties and physical properties.
High carbon, high chromium type ledeburite cold work tool steel,
has good hardenability and good wear resistance.
Features and Scope: It is a widely used cold work die steel, with
high strength, good hardenability and good wear resistance, but
poor impact toughness.
Mainly used to bear the impact load is small, requiring high
wear-resistant die and punch, cold cut scissors, drill sets,
gauges, drawing die, die stamping, rolling plate, drawing die and
thread rolling die.
Applications
| Mainly used as silicon steel die, for small dynamic load conditions
require high wear resistance, simple shape drawing and blanking
die. |
| For bending the carbon content of 0.65% ~ 0.80% of the bomb
construction steel, hardness 60 ~ 62HCR. |
| Can be used for blanking die, punch, rolling wheel, scissors, cold
pier mold, clay mold. |
| It is recommended to make punch, die and insert with high
wear-resistant and complex shape in bending die. It is recommended
when making punch and die. The hardness is 60 ~ 64HCR. |
| For cold extrusion die punch aluminum, the proposed hardness of 60
~ 62HCR. |
| For the production of drawing die wear-resistant die, the proposed
hardness 62 ~ 64HCR. |
| Can be used for thermosetting plastic molding and so on. |
